Dave has extensive experience in facility and project management. Dave worked at Valley View Local School District for twelve years as Maintenance Director prior to joining EOU. He has served in the US Marine Corps and has worked in the private sector as an electrician. Dave oversees all operations at EOU and manages each team. Dave is also an Executive Board member serving the Kentucky School Plant Manager’s Association, one of EOU’s prestigious partnerships.
A graduate of Sinclair Community College, Leadership Dayton, Aileron’s Course for Senior Executives, and the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute, Belinda also serves as an elected member of Centerville City Council and the Ohio Municipal League Board of Trustees.
As an active community volunteer for several non-profit organizations, Belinda also serves as a member of the board of trustees for Clothes That Work and the Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association.
Belinda was recently appointed by the Montgomery County Commissioners to serve on the Montgomery County Convention Center Authority.
Doug Trimbach, Vice President and Director of lighting sales, has ten years of experience in energy audits, lighting engineering & design, and project management primarily in K-12 schools, higher education, and commercial facilities. His role encompasses sales, project design, and strategic planning.
Doug is a member of the Green Building Council and Association of Energy Engineers and a frequent presenter at professional workshops and conferences, including Buckeye Association of School Administrators, Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association, the West Coast Energy Congress of 2014, and the World Energy Congress of 2014 in Washington D.C.
Doug has written articles on lighting technology featured in numerous professional publications, including Ohio Association of School Business Officials and Buckeye Association of School Administrators.
Doug was honored by the Dayton Business Journal in 2012 as one of the “40 Under 40” professionals. Thanks in great part to Doug’s efforts, Energy Optimizers, USA was recognized by the Dayton Business Journal as “Rookie Business of the Year” on November 14, 2011.
Dave Burns has 30 years of experience in project management, construction, and sales in the industrial and public sectors. Dave’s primary geographic territory will be in northern Ohio.
With 20+ years’ experience in office and management, Chris has worked her way up to Finance Director with Energy Optimizers, USA. She is responsible for all project financial tracking, company accounting and financial reporting. Chris is also the HR liaison and helps maintain our Energy Education program for our school district customers.
Nyles Anderson has multiple years of experience in lighting retrofit projects.
Jill manages the Project Development team and tracks opportunities, schedules audit and creates proposals and agreements. Jill also assists with Project Management by creating agendas and maintaining project information during project implementation. Additionally, she manages warranty matters after project completion. Jill creates and issues purchase orders to vendors and tracking/receiving materials.
Tanner is a LEED Green Associate with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Renewable and Clean Energy, both from the University of Dayton. Tanner is an active member of the Dayton chapter of ASHRAE.
Zach Baker is a graduate of Wright State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His course work also included Solar Thermal Energy, Wind Power, and Geothermal Energy.
John Beckemeyer has a dual role as Senior Project Manager and Business Development. John spent 35 years with Oak Hills Local School District in Hamilton County, retiring as Director of Operations. A former business owner, John is a graduate of Cincinnati State and has a strong background in HVAC. John has numerous certifications, including Asbestos for Schools and HVAC/R. He is a current board member of the Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association (OPFMA) and past president of the organization.
