John Beckemeyer has a dual role as Senior Project Manager and Business Development. John spent 35 years with Oak Hills Local School District in Hamilton County, retiring as Director of Operations. A former business owner, John is a graduate of Cincinnati State and has a strong background in HVAC. John has numerous certifications, including Asbestos for Schools and HVAC/R. He is a current board member of the Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association (OPFMA) and past president of the organization.
Rusty Bookman is an Account Executive at Energy Optimizers, USA, focusing on K-12 school districts in southern Ohio.
Before joining the Energy Optimizers, USA Team, Rusty was Superintendent of the Meigs Local School District where he also served as principal, teacher, and coach over a thirty-five-year span.
During his superintendence, he served as the chairman of the board of directors of SEOVEC. He received his B.S. from Rio Grande College in 1981 and his M.A. from the University of Dayton in 1992.
Aaron Brotherton has multiple years of experience working in the lighting retrofit industry along with management and supervisory experience. He is responsible for managing LED lighting projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Brandon Burns is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started with the company as an intern in 2019.
Mark has over 20 years of controls and building automation experience, in addition to 10+ years in project management and financial experience. Mark brings his expertise to each job, while managing timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
Brittainy Flanagan has a dual role as Senior Project Manager and Business Developer. She works with the Sales Team to ensure our pipeline stays full. She also handles Project Management responsibilities for projects in Eastern Ohio. Brittainy is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Education. She has OSHA 10 certification.
Davis is an experienced member of the Lighting Installation crew.
Zachary Lentz is a Lighting Specialist with 10 years of experience in the industry.
Sara is part of the Sales and Business Development team at Energy Optimizers, USA. Sara is responsible for several moving parts, including serving customers’ needs and wants. She focuses on the k-12 market throughout the state of Kentucky, and assists with many clients in Ohio, as well. Sara started as a Marketing Intern at Energy Optimizers, USA in 2018. She has held many positions with Energy Optimizers, such as Sales Administrator and Business Development Coordinator, to allow her to learn the business from A-Z. Upon graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain Management, Sara came aboard full time as a Sales Administrator and has since been promoted to Sales Executive. Sara serves as a board member on the Kentucky School Plant Management Association (KSPMA).
Randy Overholser has 16 years of experience in performing lighting audits, designing project proposals, and installation of lighting retrofits. Randy holds OSHA 10 certification and Aerial Work Platform Certification.
