“They’re going to save consumers money, keep dollars in the region, put people to work, and reduce our emissions,” President Clinton, praising the energy conservation efforts of Southeastern Public Energy Council (SOPEC) and their special project, Upgrade Athens County, at the Clinton Global Initiative in Denver.
